Living Cost In Malaysia

" The cost of living in Malaysia is exceptionally low considering that it was newly referred to as a newly industrialized country. Taxation is kept at a minimum with no inheritance tax and no capital gains on assets. The Malaysian Ringgit is currently struggling to keep up with other currencies, which is the main reason why commodities and housing are cheaper in the country. "

Admission Procedure

* Please read this part carefully

Different university practices different procedure for international student admission process. Although they have similarity in certain part to meet government regulation in obtaining visa, but you might confuse if you just read the information at university website. So the best way is to appoint any agent that dedicated and experience with admission procedure. Beware with the agent when you appoint them. Ask them about admission fee that charge by agent and university. Please DO NOT make an advance tuition fee to agent. You need to pay directly to university by money transfer or bank-in, and give copy of receipt to agent.

Normally university require you to pay advanced tuition fee before they issue you student visa. Most university ask student to pay RM15000  or USD5000 for advance tuition fee. This is a guarantee that you have commitment to study at their university. There is a case when student misuse their visa to apply for work in Malaysia. Malaysia strictly prohibited student to apply work by using their student visa. But it different case if you have part-time job during weekend. Lot of international student actively doing part-time job in Malaysia especially job that required a good English.
